KINESIS BY TECHNOGYM

Although the EJ ELEMENTS Training Method can be performed with or without equipment, we have carefully selected Kinesis by Technogym as a compliment to our method along with Free Weights, Cardio Equipment, Cable Equipment and Small Apparatus such as Bosu and Balance Boards. By providing you with a brief description of this innovative technology, we hope that you will begin to understand why we have chosen this equipment to compliment our method.

Kinesis uses Full Gravity Technology that allows movement through multiple planes without compromise to the resistance load. The Kinesis design features:

1. A Closed Loop Cable System which reduces interference with the body, and minimizes the degree of inertia.

2. A Dual Weight Stack System which provides optimal load and allows dual, single and alternate limb movements.

3. 360 Degree Rotating Pulleys which allow for unrestrictive positioning of the body and allows the effectiveness of the load to not be influenced by the direction of force application.

4. Increasing Resistance System which enables a greater freedom in training modes for the user and creates greater resistance as the user moves away from their starting position.

5. Unique Handle Design which accommodates wrist position and allows for 360 degrees of rotational freedom.

There are four Kinesis modules – Alpha, Beta, Gamma and Delta. Each one of these modules correlates to a basic and primal movement pattern. These patterns are Push, Pull, Press and Squat. By utilizing these unique modules, we are able to apply the EJ ELEMENTS Training Method and achieve movement variety with a library of over 700 unique movements. By utilizing Kinesis, we are able to offer the highest quality of training with cutting edge technology in health and fitness.
