Fitness and Health Education is our medium to deliver the message of "Living life to its fullest." We do this by being a living example of this message for our clients and our community, and by empowering them to do the same.By seeing each client as a unique individual and providing them with empowering tools to create balance on the inside and out, we are advocating for change and becoming an ally for that client. Together with our clients, staff and partners, we create interdependence and a community that allows for true growth and development, and ultimately results in the ability to live life to its fullest.

EJ is a living, organic company who is devoted to creating outstanding experiences of vitality, growth, community, contribution and trust, powered by passionate people who are committed to making a positive impact on the community, company and themselves. Since 2002 we have built a community and culture of Endorphin Junkies that includes all of our stakeholders. We are proud of our EJ Family and the support network of clients, friends, family, employees and partners that has evolved over the years.

EJ Events are classic examples of how we live life to its fullest. The energy that is created when like-minded people come together to experience new things and take on a variety of challenges is phenomenal.
