EJ RUN

Places and Races, for Yourself or for a Cause!

Our EJ RUN Program includes skill development, coaching, support and plenty of opportunities to explore the City of Vancouver while training with other Endorphin Junkies, as you work on improving your running, just for fun, just for fitness, or in preparation for an upcoming event. Lead by seasoned veterans who are addicted to running, the EJ RUN Program strives to make running your favorite outdoor cardio activity. Whether your new to running, getting ready for an upcoming charity event or have your eye set on running your personal best in a 5K, 10K or Marathon, EJ RUN will provide you with the education, skills, training and the support you need to run at your best. EJ RUN includes personal, periodized, runnning programs, 3 weekly instructor lead group runs and one semi-private resistance training session per week.
