Who can I speak to about my exercise program and fitness testing?
Your assigned EJ coach will catch up with you regularly to make sure that you are enjoying your journey with EJ to the max. Your coach will be able to answer any questions about your program, fitness testing or sessions in general. You can find your assigned coach’s contact details listed under The EJ Team in the About Us section.

What should I do if I need to reschedule or cancel a session?
We understand that plans change so if you are in the position where you need to reschedule your session with EJ please contact our Client Care Team at the earliest time possible. They will let you know of schedule availability and do their best to reschedule your session.

Can I book more than 1 EJX class/week?
We want everyone to have an opportunity to participate in our EJX classes every week. However we do have a wait list which we use within 24 hours of each class to fill all of our EJX classes. If you would like to be on our wait list for additional EJX classes please contact our Client Care Team to place your reservation. You will be contacted within 24 hours of the scheduled class time.
Who should I speak to if I would like to change my package with Endorphin Junkies?
There are many different programming needs for each and every one of our clients. If you would like to change any details of your current package or programming, our Client Care Team will be happy to assist you.
The credit card that I use to make my payments to Endorphin Junkies has expired/been cancelled, who should I give my new card details to?

If I have a question about my invoice who should I speak to?
We try our best to avoid mistakes and take great care in preparing our invoices, ensuring accuracy as much as possible. However, mistakes do sometimes occur, and we will do our best to correct your invoice should you ever find a problem. Please contact our EJ Accounts Team and we will address your concerns within 24 hours.
