PROGRAM DELIVERY

EJ ELEMENTS is a cyclical program designed for practical education and integration. Clients are encouraged to fully embrace each stage of development and build towards personal mastery of body, mind, and spirit as they navigate through each phase and cycle within the EJ ELEMENTS Program. All clients begin with our Introduction to EJ ELEMENTS, followed by enrollment into the Advanced Personal Training Program. Once in the EJ ELEMENTS Program, clients are encouraged to participate in all aspects of the program in order to achieve the best results possible. This includes Private, Semi-Private and Group Training, along with utilization of EJ ESSENTIALS.

Introduction to EJ ELEMENTS

Prepare to Excel!

Introduction to EJ ELEMENTS includes 7 sessions with members of the EJ Team. Our Coaches and Trainers will support you in clarifying exactly where you are at with your Health and Fitness and support you in designing an action plan for success. Through Goal Setting, Dietary Modifications, Performance Testing, Education and Private Training we introduce you to EJ ESSENTIALS and prepare you for the EJ ELEMENTS Program.

Private EJ ELEMENTS

Dependant, Intensive, Personal and Comprehensive

Private Training is your introduction to EJ ELEMENTS and our Advanced Personal Training. In a one-on-one setting, clients receive comprehensive education in our EJ ELEMENTS Training Method and begin the practical application of these elements in preparation for Semi-Private Programming. It is also in this environment where clients are able to explore their unique biomechanics, imbalances, strengths and weaknesses, which deepens learning and furthers action towards mastery. Once fully immersed in the EJ ELEMENTS Program, clients are encouraged to utilize the monthly Private Training sessions included in their program to address imbalances, specific skill acquirement and training technique.

Semi-Private EJ ELEMENTS

Dependant-Independent, Integration, Application and Practice

Semi-Private Training is a integral part of our Advanced Personal Training Program designed with optimal human performance, empowerment, education, and community in mind. In a small group setting of 4-8, clients begin to take self-responsibility for their body and how it moves. By experiencing self-assessment, application of principles, the integration of movement, and body awareness inside and outside of the gym, clients begin to practice and explore the EJ ELEMENTS Training Method in a controlled environment. With feedback from trainers as the secondary source of correction in movement, alignment and application of principles, clients are at a level in their training where they have the awareness and focus required to contribute their own feedback and corrective measures. Working with other Endorphin Junkies of similar fitness levels, clients begin to expand their awareness and take their first steps in experiencing collective energy and group connection.

Group EJ ELEMENTS

Independent-Interdependent, Collective, Collaborative and Enhancing

Group Training is an advanced program of conditioning which provides the opportunity to practice and master all of the elements of fitness. In groups of 12-16, clients participate in our EJX Group Training Classes. These classes represent the culmination of human movement and performance, and are aimed at increasing ones energy experience. EJX will match your potential, combining your best dynamical elements to maximum effect, and rooting them in a solid foundation. Mastery can only be achieved through commitment, discipline and active participation of the body, mind and spirit. EJX provides our clients with the opportunity to continually expand their awareness, connect with themselves and others, and collaborate at an interdependent level with unlimited potential.
