The Best Group Training Classes In Vancouver!


Endorphin Junkies is excited to unveil our new EJ Elements Group Training Program. Utilizing 5 unique classes inspired by our EJ ELEMENTS Personal Training Program and offering a schedule of 38 classes/ week, we are putting a scientific spin on traditional Group Fitness and Bootcamp Training. With two trainers per twelve participants, we will provide you with the close guidance, education and support you need to push yourself beyond your perceived limitations. It's Personal Training in a high intensity Group Training atmosphere.

All Classes are based on the periodized training phases within the EJ Elements
Program:

EJ Strive: Fundamental movement challenging core stability and spinal alignment with high intensity, stability based, cardio intervals.

EJ Cardio: Cardiovascular training through interval, speed & agility training

EJ Release: Movement Training designed to increase your core strength, balance, flexibility and range of motion.

EJ Release Plus: Release oriented movements with cardio interval training.

EJ Endurance: Muscular endurance tempo training.

EJ X: The culmination of all of the EJ Elements phases addressing all EJ ELEMENTS of Functional Fitness.
